IIT has long supported local food as a part of its conservation and education mission. The Learning Kitchen is designed to provide classes, programs and workshops on a variety of local food-based topics.

Additionally, our kitchen allows us to fulfill our responsibility to clean, process, store and distribute produce harvested from IIT's blueberry fields, heritage orchard and other gardens.
